Rental Terms and Conditions
- Proof of liability insurance, qualifications, and certifications is required
- ATA does not handle your bookings, delegate records, or payments
- You must operate independently and inform delegates/models/trainers that ATA has no involvement in your services
- Use only the booked room during the booked hours
- Do not overrun your time or sublet the space
- You are responsible for your own equipment and any damage
- Rooms must be left clean, tidy, and ready for the next user
- ATA is not responsible for items left on the premises

Understanding & Conduct
- This is a shared-use facility for exclusive day hire
- All occupants are expected to respect the Terms and Conditions of hire
- You may not engage in illegal or disruptive activity
- ATA reserves the right to terminate access if terms are breached

Availability
- Session (Hourly): 4 hours minimum booking
- Full Day: Over 4 hours
- Extended use (outside hours or holidays) may be arranged in advance

Rates of Use
- Hourly Rate: £ Enquire with us / Standalone day hire rates and commercial block bookings available
- Full Day Rate: £ Enquire with us / Standalone day hire rates and commercial block bookings available
- Payment due at booking or not later than 14 days in advance of the scheduled rental date
- Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice

Client Payments & Communication
- You manage all delegate/client bookings and relevant payments for your service or training
- ATA staff are not able to assist in handling calls/enquiries but are on hand for orientation and service needs

Clinic Arrangement and Use
- ATA provides a clean, bespoke, furnished environment across three available levels
- ATA holds no liability for lost notes or personal property
- Waste must be removed in compliance with regulations
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times
- ATA offers storage of goods under pre-arranged terms and conditions – fees may apply
