Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Filler
The National Aesthetics Training Academy (NATA) is a JCCP Approved Training Provider for our Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies.
However, we understand that some people may not want to commit to this advanced course at the moment and may only be thinking of getting into aesthetic practice to see if it suits them.
By undertaking our Foundation Course in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers and successfully completing the theory and practice assessments, you will be able to gain insurance to practice in these areas and can begin your aesthetic practice journey immediately.
This means you can work and begin to gain experience which you may use in later, advanced programmes.
Why not start your aesthetic practice journey with NATA where you are assured of quality education and ongoing support.
The Foundation Course for Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers is intended for registered healthcare professions to begin their journey into aesthetic practice. Please contact to check your eligibility for this course.
The course consists of 18 lessons each of which include a narrated video and essential reading. These lessons cover everything that you need to know to get started in your aesthetic practice including:
The structure and action of botulinum toxin and dermal filler
Relevant anatomy and physiology
Side effects and complications, and their management
Injection techniques
The aesthetic consultation process
The course also includes 2 day practice assessment in both botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
An added bonus included in this programme are the Aesthetic Complications Expert group (ACE) guidelines on managing complications and emergency preparedness which we are able to include as NATA works in partnership with ACE.
We also include a wealth of advice and information on setting up your aesthetic practice, including insurance and product reps.
The course includes a short online assessment to ensure you feel confident before you undertake your practice.
Models and products are provided and the practice sessions will take place at NATA in Liverpool.
